Small business under § 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG). No VAT is added, and the price you see is the price you pay. No VAT identification number is issued, so there is none to publish.

Dispute resolution

We don't take part in proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, and we're not required to (§ 36 VSBG). The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025 and no longer exists. If something's wrong with your order, email us first and we'll sort it.
